 Due to ongoing impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing significant volumes, which may result in potential transit delays in your area. Service Alerts for UPS

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our services. If there is an active service disruption, it will appear below. A gold alert ribbon will also appear at the top of all ups.com pages. If there is no service alert information below, the UPS transportation network is operating normally.

Severe weather conditions and the COVID-19 Omicron variant may impact operations and staffing in parts of the country.  Although we implement contingency plans to minimize service disruptions, delays to service may occur.   

Service Guarantees remain suspended on domestic UPS Standard®, UPS Expedited® and UPS Standard, UPS Expedited and UPS 3 Day Select® services to the U.S. as well as UPS Worldwide Expedited®.

Physical Distancing

Physical Distancing protocols remain in effect. Signatures will not be required at time of delivery and all Canada origin Collect on Delivery (COD) service remains suspended. Customers receiving international packages with import charges due are to pay online by tracking their package on ups.com or through UPS My Choice®.

Select UPS Customer Counters remain closed.  To find your nearest The UPS Store® location for drop off and pick up or, to view operating status and hours, visit ups.com/dropoff/ca.
